The LNY Wigs Online Store ensures the privacy of all customer information. All transactions are processed according to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and meet all Federal requirements for privacy.

Our Website policies do not apply to purchases made in our retail stores. Please refer to the individual retail store’s policies when purchasing in the retail store.


Most orders received by 2:pm EST will be shipped the same business day unless otherwise indicated in the actual individual item description or is a special-order item. Orders placed after 2 pm on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. We do our best to be sure all listed items are in stock; however, should an item not be immediately available, the client will be notified by email, and a refund will be made promptly to the issuing payment method.

The LNY Wigs Online store’s priority is shipping purchased items to the customer as quickly as possible. A 1-hour cancellation window is provided before the order is shipped. Changes can only be made to your order before shipping.

After creating an account with The LNY Wigs Online Store, you may sign in anytime to view your account and order history. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email on the business day following the original order date.

All claims and requests for refunds must be made in writing via email within five days of the order delivery date. Please email us at LNYWigsOnlineStore@gmail.com to receive a return shipping label and the required return authorization number.

Please note that The LNY Wigs Online Store will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or its packaging has not been altered, the item has not been worn, the item has not been altered or damaged in any way, all product labels are still attached, and the item received back is still in its original packaging.

The LNY Wigs Online Store will be the sole arbitrator on an item’s return eligibility.

Claims and refund requests must be made in writing via email no later than five days from the date the order is delivered. There will be a 10% restocking fee and a $7.95 repackaging fee for each item returned. A return postage fee for any returns may also apply. These fees will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and the balance will be refunded to the original payment method or credit card. Any items listed or described as “clearence,” “one of a kind,”, or “super sale” are not returnable. Any items purchased using the pay-over-time method option are not refundable.  Any items purchased using the pay-over-time method option are however eligable for a color change, one time only (one time per item), but still not refundable. LNY Wigs online store is the sole abritrator of any refund or exchange policy.

In-store purchases are not eligible for online returns.

Online purchases are not eligible for in-store returns.

 

It typically takes 5-7 business days after shipping for your return to be received. Once it is received, we will inspect the item(s) and process any eligible refunds or exchanges. Although it takes less than 5-7 days to begin this process, your credit card company may take additional time to deposit funds back into your account. 

Your discretion is one of The LNY Wigs Online Store’s top priorities. Our shipments are discretely marked and never publicized.
